Rebirth & Radiance Ltd Co. offers products and services including DTF transfers, custom DTF gang sheets, T-shirts, custom apparel, and personalized products.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, services, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information, artwork, sizes, quantities, shipping information, and customization details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including orders involving suspected fraud, prohibited content, or unauthorized use of intellectual property.

Custom Orders

Many of our products are custom-made or printed specifically for each customer.

Please carefully review all designs, spelling, sizes, colors, quantities, and artwork before submitting your order. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Artwork Requirements

Customers are responsible for submitting print-ready, high-quality artwork.

The finished product will reflect the quality of the file provided. We are not responsible for printing issues resulting from low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, incorrectly sized, or improperly prepared artwork.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, graphics, or other content, you confirm that you own the content or have permission and legal authority to reproduce it.

The customer assumes responsibility for any copyright, trademark, licensing, or intellectual property claims related to submitted artwork.

DTF Transfer Application

Customers are responsible for properly applying DTF transfers according to our recommended DTF Heat Press Instructions.

Application results can vary based on the heat press, garment, temperature, pressure, and application technique.

We are not responsible for transfers damaged due to incorrect application or failure to follow recommended pressing instructions.

Colors & Product Appearance

Colors displayed on screens may differ slightly from the final printed product due to screen settings, monitor calibration, printing processes, materials, and garment colors.

Exact screen-to-print color matching cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing times and shipping transit times are separate.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Returns & Refunds

Because many products are custom or made to order, certain purchases may not qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
