Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and all required artwork or customization information has been provided.

Because many of our products are custom printed or made to order, processing times may vary depending on the product, order quantity, artwork requirements, and current production volume.

Please note that processing time and shipping transit time are separate.

Shipping

Available shipping methods and rates will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are determined by the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, shipping information will be provided using the contact information associated with your order.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your package has been accepted.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Rebirth & Radiance Ltd Co. cannot control carrier delays or delivery schedules.

If your package arrives damaged, please retain the packaging and products and contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the damage so we can review the situation.

Returned Packages

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or unsuccessful delivery attempt may require additional shipping charges before they can be shipped again.
