Artwork & File Requirements

To ensure the highest possible print quality, all artwork submitted to Rebirth & Radiance Ltd Co. should meet the following requirements.

Preferred File Format

PNG with a transparent background is recommended for DTF printing.

For best results, your artwork should be:

  • 300 DPI recommended
  • High resolution
  • Transparent background
  • RGB color mode
  • Sized at the actual dimensions you want printed
  • Free of unwanted backgrounds, pixels, or design elements

Image Resolution

For professional-quality DTF transfers, we recommend artwork at 300 DPI at the intended print size.

Low-resolution artwork may result in pixelation, blurry edges, jagged lines, or loss of detail.

Increasing the DPI setting of a low-resolution image does not restore missing image detail or improve the original artwork quality.

Transparent Background

Your artwork should have a transparent background unless a background is intentionally part of the design.

Any visible white background, unwanted pixels, shadows, or other elements included in your file may be printed.

Artwork Sizing

Please submit artwork at the actual size you want your transfer printed whenever possible.

Significantly enlarging a small or low-resolution image may reduce the quality of the finished transfer.

DTF Gang Sheet Requirements

When submitting a custom DTF gang sheet, please confirm that:

  • All designs fit within the selected gang sheet dimensions
  • Each design is sized correctly
  • Designs do not overlap
  • Adequate cutting space is provided between designs
  • Unwanted backgrounds have been removed
  • The complete layout has been reviewed before submission

Your gang sheet will be produced based on the file you submit.

Fine Lines & Small Details

Very small text, extremely thin lines, tiny design elements, low-opacity graphics, and certain transparency effects may not reproduce clearly.

For best results, use clean artwork, strong details, and clearly defined edges.

Color Disclaimer

Colors displayed on your phone, tablet, or computer screen may differ from the final printed product.

Differences in monitor calibration, screen brightness, artwork settings, printing processes, and garment colors can affect the final appearance.

Exact screen-to-print color matching cannot be guaranteed.

Review Your Artwork Before Ordering

Customers are responsible for reviewing their files for quality, sizing, spelling, colors, backgrounds, and overall accuracy before submitting an order.

Rebirth & Radiance Ltd Co. is not responsible for print-quality issues caused by low-resolution, incorrectly sized, pixelated, blurry, or improperly prepared customer-supplied artwork.

Artwork Ownership

By uploading or submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the artwork or have authorization and the necessary rights to reproduce it.

The customer assumes responsibility for any copyright, trademark, or licensing requirements associated with submitted artwork.
