What is a DTF transfer?

DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers are full-color designs printed onto specialized transfer film and designed to be applied to compatible garments using a heat press.

DTF transfers are popular for creating custom T-shirts and apparel because they can reproduce vibrant colors, detailed artwork, and a wide variety of designs.

What is a DTF gang sheet?

A DTF gang sheet allows you to place multiple designs, logos, or graphics onto one larger sheet.

Gang sheets are an excellent option for small businesses, apparel decorators, crafters, and customers who need multiple DTF transfers while making efficient use of available printing space.

Are your DTF transfers ready to press?

Yes. Our DTF transfers are supplied ready for heat-press application.

For the best results, always follow the recommended DTF pressing instructions provided by Rebirth & Radiance Ltd Co.

Do I need a heat press to apply DTF transfers?

A commercial-style heat press is strongly recommended for applying DTF transfers because consistent temperature, pressure, and pressing time are important for proper application.

Household irons generally do not provide the same consistent heat and pressure as a heat press.

What type of artwork should I upload?

For the best printing results, submit high-resolution, print-ready artwork whenever possible.

Your artwork should be clear, properly sized, and free of unwanted backgrounds or elements. Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, or improperly prepared artwork may affect the quality of the finished transfer.

Will you improve the quality of my artwork automatically?

Customers are responsible for reviewing their artwork before submitting an order unless artwork preparation or design services have been specifically arranged.

Increasing the physical size of a low-resolution image does not automatically improve its print quality.

If you're unsure about your artwork, contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to discuss your options.

Can I order custom T-shirts and apparel?

Yes! In addition to DTF transfers, we offer custom T-shirts and personalized apparel.

Custom apparel is a great option for businesses, schools, teams, organizations, events, family gatherings, gifts, and personal projects.

Can you create a custom design for me?

The more information you provide about your idea, colors, wording, style, and intended product, the easier it will be for us to understand the look you're trying to achieve.

Can I use copyrighted or trademarked artwork?

Customers should only submit artwork they own or have permission to reproduce.

By submitting artwork for printing, you are confirming that you have the necessary rights or authorization to reproduce and use the submitted design.

Can I change my order after it has been submitted?

Because many of our products are custom-made or printed specifically for your order, changes may not be possible once production has started.

If you notice an error or need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters production.

How long will my order take?

Production times can vary depending on the product, quantity, customization requirements, order volume, and artwork.

Any estimated turnaround time is a production estimate and does not include carrier transit time when shipping is required.

Do you ship orders?

Can custom products be returned?

Because DTF transfers, gang sheets, custom T-shirts, and personalized apparel may be produced specifically for an individual customer, return eligibility can differ from standard retail merchandise.
