At Rebirth & Radiance Ltd Co., we take pride in producing high-quality DTF transfers, custom DTF gang sheets, T-shirts, and custom apparel. Because many of our products are made specifically for each customer, please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom and made-to-order sales are final.

This includes:

  • DTF Transfers
  • Custom DTF Gang Sheets
  • Custom T-Shirts & Apparel
  • Personalized or custom-designed products
  • Products created using customer-supplied artwork

Returns or refunds will not be issued because of incorrect sizing, spelling errors, design choices, low-resolution artwork, or other errors contained in customer-submitted files or order information.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

If you need to make a change or request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us promptly.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

DTF Transfer Application

Customers are responsible for following our recommended DTF Heat Press Instructions.

Refunds or replacements cannot be provided for transfers damaged because of incorrect temperature, pressure, pressing time, improper application, or incompatible materials.

Because heat presses and garment materials can vary, we recommend performing a test press whenever possible.

Artwork Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing their artwork before ordering.

Rebirth & Radiance Ltd Co. is not responsible for printing issues caused by low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, incorrectly sized, or improperly prepared customer-supplied artwork.

Please review our Artwork & File Requirements before submitting your files.

Shipping Issues

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Carrier delays are outside our control. Please review our Shipping Policy for additional information regarding delivery, damaged packages, and returned shipments.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
