File Preparation & Artwork Guidelines

To ensure the best possible print quality, please review these artwork requirements before submitting your files to Rebirth & Radiance Ltd Co.

Your finished DTF transfer will reflect the quality, resolution, colors, and details of the artwork you provide.

Recommended File Requirements

For the best results, please submit:

Preferred File Format: PNG
Resolution: 300 DPI Recommended
Background: Transparent
Color Mode: RGB Recommended
Artwork Size: Submit at the actual size you want printed

High-resolution artwork produces the cleanest lines, sharpest details, and best overall print quality.

Transparent Backgrounds

Artwork should have a transparent background unless you intentionally want the background printed.

Please carefully inspect your artwork before uploading. White backgrounds, unwanted pixels, shadows, or other visible elements may be printed if they are included in your submitted file.

Image Resolution

We recommend submitting artwork at 300 DPI at the intended print size.

Low-resolution artwork may appear:

  • Pixelated
  • Blurry
  • Jagged
  • Soft around the edges
  • Less detailed when enlarged

Simply increasing the DPI number of a low-quality image does not improve the original image quality.

Submit Artwork at the Correct Size

Whenever possible, create and upload your artwork at the actual dimensions you want printed.

Enlarging a small image significantly can reduce print quality, even when the original image appears clear on a computer or phone screen.

Gang Sheet Preparation

When submitting a DTF gang sheet, please make sure:

  • All designs are completely inside the sheet dimensions
  • Artwork is sized correctly before submission
  • Designs do not overlap
  • There is adequate spacing between designs for cutting
  • All unwanted backgrounds have been removed
  • Your final gang sheet is reviewed carefully before ordering

Gang sheets are printed based on the file submitted. Please verify your complete layout before uploading.

Colors & Screen Display

Please understand that colors displayed on a phone, tablet, or computer monitor may vary from the final printed transfer.

Screen brightness, monitor calibration, artwork settings, garment color, and other factors can affect how colors appear.

Exact screen-to-print color matching cannot be guaranteed.

Fine Details & Small Text

Extremely small text, very thin lines, tiny details, transparency effects, and low-opacity elements may not reproduce as expected.

For the best results, use clear, high-resolution artwork with strong details and clean edges.

Customer-Supplied Artwork

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving their artwork before submitting an order.

Rebirth & Radiance Ltd Co. prints artwork based on the files provided by the customer. We are not responsible for quality issues resulting from:

  • Low-resolution or pixelated artwork
  • Incorrect sizing
  • Spelling or grammatical errors
  • Unwanted backgrounds
  • Incorrect colors within the submitted artwork
  • Missing design elements
  • Poor-quality graphics
  • Improperly prepared gang sheets

Please review your artwork carefully before completing your order.

Copyright & Trademark Responsibility

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the artwork or have permission and appropriate rights to reproduce it.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary authorization to reproduce copyrighted, trademarked, licensed, or otherwise protected designs.
